A little clarity.
A confident next step.
Everything you need to know about joining, sharing resources and working with other companies on Benchshare.
Who can join Benchshare?
IT services companies looking to share available bench resources, find skills for projects, or do both. Candidates participate only through an invitation to edit their own resume; Benchshare is a company-to-company network.
Is Benchshare free?
Benchshare is free to use at launch. Companies agree their commercial terms and manage payments outside the platform.
What do I need to register?
Use your business email and provide your name, LinkedIn profile, company name, website, address and location. Google Business and independent company-review links help the manual review. Personal email domains are not accepted for company signup.
How does company verification work?
Verify your email, then the Benchshare Super Admin reviews the company and the person applying. They can request clarifications or an authorization letter naming the account holder on company letterhead. You can reply and upload supporting documents from your company workspace. No external identity-verification service is used.
What can I do before my company is approved?
You can explore the platform and search previews. Company approval and verified email are required before publishing resources or requirements, proposing resources, or starting an enquiry. Public visitors can browse up to two result pages without rates.
Will candidates’ names or contact details be public?
Published profiles use resource identifiers and anonymous professional summaries. Original resumes and evidence are private. AI helps mask identifying content, and the supplying company must explicitly review privacy before publication. Company names and logos can be visible.
What happens if a colleague already registered our company?
Ask your primary account holder for an invitation using your business email. A separate signup using an existing company domain is flagged for manual review rather than automatically joined to that company.
Can we offer part-time, remote or international resources?
Yes. Profiles can specify full-time or part-time availability; remote, hybrid or onsite work; location; timezone flexibility; and monthly, daily or hourly commercial terms.
How do contracts and original documents work?
Companies arrange their NDA, non-solicitation and non-poaching protections. Benchshare offers discussion outlines for legal review, records agreements and signed documents, and links to mndok.com for signing facilitation. The supplier controls requests for access to selected original documents.
Does Benchshare collect payments or provide escrow?
No. Companies currently manage payments outside Benchshare. The platform can record invoices and supplier-confirmed payment status, but it does not verify bank settlement or hold funds.
Can a candidate update their own resume?
A supplying company can invite a candidate to edit only their own resume and upload evidence. Candidates cannot see rates or enquiries. Changes go for company approval, and publication still requires privacy review.
Why do we need to complete engagement tasks?
Confirmations, document records and current availability keep partnerships accountable. Mandatory tasks have configurable deadlines. Overdue obligations can restrict workspace access until they are resolved; the task-resolution and support routes remain available.
Make your next connection.
Your available talent. Their next project. More possibilities for both.
