Professional skills are discoverable. Personal identities and original documents remain behind controlled access.
Great expertise deserves
its next opportunity.
Benchshare is a resource-sharing network by ESS ENN Associates, an IT services company. Built around the way delivery partnerships actually work.
WHY WE BUILT IT
Capacity changes.
Capacity changes.
Capability endures.
In IT services, available talent and new project needs do not always arrive at the same time. A company may have an experienced team between projects while another needs precisely those skills.
Benchshare creates a place for those companies to find each other. It brings anonymous professional profiles, current availability, relevant requirements and private conversations into one workflow.
Our aim is practical: help companies use their bench strength more effectively, support delivery needs, and build accountable company-to-company relationships.
WHAT GUIDES THE PLATFORM
Partnership, with
Partnership, with
clear boundaries.
Companies stay in control
Suppliers manage their resources and document access. Both parties agree their own terms and protections.
Accountability in the workflow
Current availability, engagement confirmations and document tasks help keep the network useful.
THE COMPANY BEHIND BENCHSHARE
